The Andromeda is under attack! Lured into a brutal battle near a black hole, Commonwealth Captain Dylan Hunt orders his crew to abandon ship. An Affirming Flame - Episode 102
Martial arts Cyborgs and Nietzschean mercenaries are after Dylan. But their murderous employer, Gerentex, decides to destroy what he can't steal. When Dylan, Harper, and Beka board a battle worn guard station, they are confronted by a society of savage child warriors. Tensions build. Outside... the wreckage of an unarmed High Guard medical ship draws Dylan and the crew of the Andromeda straight into a violent ambush. Inside... Dylan and Beka have a dramatic disagreement over command - his ship, her crew. Pursued by a mysterious enemy ship that won't give up, Dylan orders the Andromeda to hide in the dangerous radiation of a star until the inevitable showdown.
Double Helix - Episode #105
Dylan's hopes of rebuilding the Commonwealth place him on the receiving end of a treacherous Nietzschean assault. The enemy tries to entice fellow Nietzschean Tyr to help them destroy the ship. Awaiting Tyr if he complies is a wife to carry on his proud DNA - the double helix that is central to Nietzschean culture. But doing so will mean the end of the Andromeda and death to her crew.

The Tribunal Council refuses to sign Dylan's new Constitution to restore the Commonwealth. Worse, they find Dylan guilty of sedition and place him and Rommie on a prison planet. Cut off from the Andromeda and surrounded by thugs, Dylan must befriend fellow inmates to attempt an escape.
All Great Neptune's Ocean - Episode 110
The president of Castalia seems ready to help re-establish the Commonwealth, but shortly after he boards Andromeda to begin talks, he is assassinated. Dylan's investigation is complicated when two of his crew are framed for the murder - Tyr and Rommie!

When Andromeda encounters her damaged sister ship, the Pax Magellanic, Dylan and the crew believe they have found others frozen in time. But a damaged AI system and a crew of androids are only a cover up... of a truth more mysterious than the lie.
Episode 113: Music of a Distant Drum
Humans on the planet Midden see a ship crash land. It is the Eureka Maru and inside is a bewildered Tyr, suffering a complete loss of memory - even of his name. On board is a metal crate containing something the brutal Nietzscheans who rule the planet want very badly.
Episode 114: Harper 2.0
Harper tries to save an injured Perseid, but the patient suddenly bites him on the neck, and dies. Soon, Harper's brain is on overload, filled with downloaded information. He loves it, until the nightmares begin and a bounty hunter arrives searching for stolen data-data that's now in Harper's brain!

Episode 115: Forced Perspective
Dylan is on trial! Captured by commandos and taken to Mobius, Dylan is interrogated for his involvement in the killing of the Mobius leader more than 300 years in the past. Subjected to torture and forced to face what really happened, Dylan must right a wrong done long ago.
Episode 116: The Sum of Its Parts
Dylan and the crew are alarmed when a humanoid robot boards the Andromeda without permission. As the robot learns what it means to be a living being, he begs to become part of Andromeda and escape an oppressive culture of organized machines - the Consensus of Parts.
Episode 117: Fear & Loathing in the Milky Way
Still searching for a "big score," Gerentex hijacks the Eureka Maru, taking Harper and Trance hostage. The lost diary of Hasturi is his goal - a find that will bring great fortune and power. With Reaper, a gruesome and vicious bounty hunter, on their trail, it's a perilous ride!

Dylan agrees to transport a beautiful and conceited Nietzschean, Elssbett Mossadim, to her wedding. When the Andromeda is surrounded by warships of an enemy Nietzschean pride, Elssbett reveals her violent plan of assassination and destruction.

A passenger ship is destroyed by terrorists, leaving a sole survivor – an android named Gabriel. Rommie is immediately attracted when he's brought on board, and she falls in love. Episode 121: It Makes a Lovely Light
Beka puts the crew and the Andromeda in danger by taking the mind-altering drug "Flash" during an exhausting mission to Tarn Vedra, Dylan's lost home. She's an addict, and Dylan must decide how to handle the situation, which grows more desperate by the minute.
Episode 122: Its Hour Come ‘Round at Last
During routine repairs, Andromeda's memory is wiped out and replaced by an older, backup AI who believes the current crew are intruders. Dylan and the crew can no longer control their ship – it now controls them. Suddenly, an attack begins, and thousands of bloodthirsty Magog are onboard. Is there any way to escape?
